Products purchased face to face or over the internet from Aussie Quick Homes other than the Homes are covered by statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Aussie Quick Homes does not exclude or limit those consumer guarantees.
Product Guarantees are as set out by the Manufacturers Guarantees.
Any agreed upon returns require postage and packing to be paid by the Client, and a 20% handling fee to be charged before monies are refunded.
All special orders are purchased with the understanding that there will be no returns allowed.
Materials and Colour Packs will be supplied on the understanding that colours may differ slightly from batch and photographic lighting issues.
The deposit is 50% non-refundable on order of any home.
The Balance is payable before shipping from the factory.
As these homes are ordered with special requirements, no refund is possible.
